It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John G. Koesel of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ray Koesel; his close friend Bonnie McCoy; his friends, Carolina and European River Cruise; his daughters, Suzanne Koesel (Sandy Pate) and Kate Moreland (Mike Moreland); his sisters, Carolyn Schuler (Tom Schuler) and Deborah Fell (Barry Fell); his brothers-in-law, Richard Ray and David Ray; and his grandchildren, Eli Koesel, Anna Koesel, Sophie Moreland and Fritz Moreland.
Due to the pandemic, there will not be a memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to mental health organization, Centerstone (Centerstone.org/give) or the American Cancer Society (donate3.cancer.org).
