He was predeceased by: his parent John G.; his sisters, Mary Lou Brunetti and Eleanor Petrigac; and his nephews, Joe Brunetti and Sam Brunetti.
He is survived by: his parent Veronica Bohenski Petrigac, Sr.; his sons, John G. "Sonny" Petrigac (Judy) of Pittsburgh, Patrick Petrigac (Dan Vitalie) of Pittsburgh and Stan Petrigac (Tami Merill) of Indiana, PA; his grandchildren, Thea Petrigac, Jonathan Petrigac, Stefan Petrigac, Taylor Pavetti, Cassidy Petrigac, Jack Vitalie and Julia Vitalie; and his siblings, Daniel "Danny" Petrigac (Nancy) of Clarksburg, Francis Petrigac (Janice) of Clarksburg and Veronica Carter (Patrick) of Boston, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
