He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Makeba Seay and Alia Monifa Carter; his grandchildren, Spencer Gwinn Jr., Prince Seay, Andraya Carter, Alexis Carter, Countess Seay-McCarter (Lakye), Amoni Carter, Amir Wahid and Victoria Hayes; his great grandchildren, Noah McCarter and Kalina Williams; and his siblings, Terry Morgan and Gwendolyn Morgan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
