He is survived by: his mother Katrina Allen Halter; his significant other Donna Huemme Halter; his stepdaughter Melissa Francis (Edward Michael); his stepgrandchildren, Cassie, Meadow, Edward Michael Jr. and Silas; his mother-in-law Dorothy Gent Huemme; and his siblings-in-law, Diane McMahan (late Jim), Mark Seachrist (Deanna) and John Seachrist (Darlene).
