He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Maietta and Carmella Maietta (Esposito). He is survived by: his daughter Angela M. Maietta; his former wife Candy Maietta; his sisters, Angie Reinheimer (Tom), Rose DeMino (Frank), Dolores Leech (Tim) and Gina Helms (Bill); Collin and Hanna Chamberlin. He is also survived by many cousins and special friends.

Due to COVID-19 requirements, everyone must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
