He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Victoria and Rose Victoria; his spouse Mildred Victoria (Ott); and his siblings, Eleanor Caruso, Catherine Detisch, Robert Victoria, Joseph Victoria, Beatrice Stetan and Anthony Victoria. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
