He was predeceased by: his parents, Maximillian Kulinski and Josephine Bruno Kulinski; and his sister Cindy Mallory. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Blum (Jim) of Seneca, PA, Salvatore Kulinski (Sarah J.) of North Carolina and William Kulinski (Barb) of Warren, PA; his brother-in-law Howard Mallory of Az; and his aunt Angela Bruno Prather of Franklin. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
