He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Angela Racko (Kelly); his parents, John J. Sr. Racko and Irene D. Racko (Vehec); his parents-in-law, Kathleen and Martin Kelly; his brothers, Timothy Racko (Lisa) and Kevin Racko; his brother-in-law Justin Kelly (Dorothy Jordan); and his pet Shelby. He was also cherished by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
