He is survived by: his wife Marlene Scott Ramsey; his daughter Carmen Ramsey Ellington; his sister Deborah Ramsey (Will McKeever); his sibling's children, Marlon, Michelle, Mario McKeever and Jamie McKeever Wright; Rev. Brister Pogue and Methodist. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
