He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Stevans and Yolanda E. Stevans; and his brother Andrew L. (Louise Stevans). He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann; his children, Cynthia M. (late Harry Larkin), John C. (Sandra), David C. (late Kimberly), Mark D. (Virginia), Jeffrey L. (Shirley), Gregory P. (Karen) and Matthew L. Stevans (Claire); and his siblings, Norman D. (Eileen), Paul W. (Grace), Daniel H. (Veronica) and Johann Gray (late Thomas). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the St. Philip Parish St. Vincent de Paul Society.
