He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Brinsky and Anna Brinsky; and his siblings, Betty Mudrich and Stephen Brinsky (Jean). He is survived by: his spouse Marlane Brinsky; his children, Tom Brinsky (Kris), Beth Swango (Chris) and Jim Brinsky; his sister Donna Hickey (late Jim); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Ryan, Alana, Grant, Lauren, Logan and Cory; and his great grandchildren, Erik, Lillian and Lunabella.

Due to COVID restrictions, a private service will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
