He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Waters and John Waters; and his son Matt Waters. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo McCarthy Waters; his children, Kelly Spencer Waters and Dan Waters (Danielle); his grandchildren, Lauren, Brenden Spencer, Aiden, Ali Waters, Reile and Westin Waters; and his siblings, Jane Coyle, Beverly Sage and Jeff Waters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
