He is survived by: his children, David Jr. Wright (Maryann), Marcy Ochs (Kenny), Kimmy Gooding, Kurt Gooding (Kristie), Jeffrey Scholl, Tammy Szemanski (Bob), John F. Weinheimer III (Amy) and Colleen Cuba (Jay); his grandchildren, David, Jessica, Michael Wright, K. C., Joshua Ochs, Kassi Kelley, Jamie Gross, Kylee Gooding, Jordan Scholl, Jeffrey, Christina (Harpel), Jake Bilski, Emma (Belske), John F. IV, Grace, Mary, Mark, Virginia, Peter Weinheimer, Victoria, Olivia and Samuel Cuba; and his sister Marianne Shemo (Steve) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home (1065 Brookline Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15226). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 12:30 PM.
