He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Kojsza. He is survived by: his mother Wanda M. Kojsza (Donelli); his siblings, Jeff (Judy) and Jan (Derek); his siblings' children, David (Catherine), Matthew (Laura), Jeffrey (Moriah) and Emma (Shane); his aunts, Patsy and Bertha; and his great-aunt Norma. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great nieces and nephews.
