He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ward; his children, Michael Ward, Jonathan Ward II (Kelly Meade), Denise Bell (Bobby Bell) and Sharon Tyre; his siblings, Alfred, Norris, Willie, Larry Ward, Barbara West, Sylvia Calhoun, Faye Ward and Jacqueline Payne (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Jaynell Wright and Reginald English. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
