He was predeceased by: his parents, Severin Dvorsky and Rose Dvorsky (Sebesta); and his wife Carol Beck. He is survived by: his children, James Dvorsky (Renee), Joseph Dvorsky, Jean Harvey (Tom) and Jay Dvorsky (Jolanta); his grandchildren, Bryan Joseph Dvorsky (Carrie), Melissa Renee Dvorsky, Kara Harvey, Aaron Harvey and Thomas Dvorsky; and his siblings, Severn Dvorsky (Carolyn) and Anna Kudla (Donald).
