He is survived by: his wife Rita Jastrebski (Magasano); his siblings, James Jastrzebski (Sally), Janine Peiritsch, June Coleman (Ernest) and Janice Jastrzebski (Robert Kominski); and his siblings' children, Jason, Amy, Jonathan, Andrea, Brian, Mark, Holly, Christopher, Jeremy, Jonetta, Nicholas, Jr., A. J. and Skylar.
