He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Prelick and Delores Prelick. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Prelick (Santamaria); his children, Heather Keicher (Brian), Peyton Prelick (Jack), Ryan Prelick, Jonah Prelick (Ally), Brenna (Noah), Niya, Aliyah, Maci, Gabby, Baby Stella, Stephanie and Lennon; his pet Lilly; his sister Patti DeMola (Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Vanore (Fred), Judy Neumeyer (Jim), Bonnie Goloski (late David) and Tom Santamaria. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
