With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Jaworski (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 28, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lefty Pleczkowski and Mandy Pleczkowski. She is survived by: her husband Tom Jaworski; her children, Joseph, Jeffrey (Sarah) and Thomas Jaworski (Ariana Young); her grandchildren, Sawyer, Avett and Ivan Jaworski; her sibling Barby Lelinski (Lino); her sibling-in-law Marion Pawlak; and her aunts, Patsy Haigis and Loretta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
