She is survived by: her children, Tamara (Mike), Carrianne Cherok, Mike Rafferty, Jason Cherok (Jessyca) and Trisha Cherok (late Jarrett Cherok); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Alexa, Jaelyn, Jamie, Jarrett, Jr. and Nina.

Donations in her name may be made to the Hillman Cancer Center.
