She was predeceased by: her husband John Donald McCarthy; and her brother Jack Zimmer. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay Friedel (late Joseph), Dorie Taylor, Sharon Hassick (David), Donna Levy (Richard) and John Donald McCarthy (Living Bonnie); and her siblings, Helen Joseph (Zimmer) and Robert Zimmer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
