It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Higgs (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Genock and Lucille Genock. She is survived by: her husband Roger; her sons, Matthew Genock (Kelly), Michael (Nicole), Phillip and Joseph Pegnato; and her grandsons, Santino, Angelo, Carlo, Nickolas, Dominic, Vincent and Louie. She is also survived by mother to her four sons.
