He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, David Weaver and Ralph Fagan Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Weaver of Center Hall and Tammy Fagan of Saxton; his wife Kristin Weaver (Wright); his sisters, Kayley Leavelle and Bailey Weaver; his grandparents, Wolfer, Doris Lawson and Barb Fagan; his uncles, Ralph Fagan Jr. (Shanna) and Shame Broome (Alisha); and his aunt Alicia Eisenhower (Justin).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. P.O. Box 214, Broad Top City, PA. 16621 to assist the family with final expenses.
