She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Hathaway and Edith Hathaway (Krah); her brother Dennis Hathaway; and her siblings-in-law, Edgar Pershing, John "Butch" Pershing and Sandra Davis.
She is survived by: her husband William S. Pershing; her stepdaughter Patti Jo Pershing of Duquesne; her siblings, Harold "Bill" Hathaway (Donna) of Villa Rica, GA and Nancy Horvath (late Steve) of West Mifflin; and her siblings-in-law, Beverly Hathaway of Mesa, AZ, David O. Pershing of Blaine Hill, Richard Pershing of Blaine Hill, Lucy Thompson and Becky Pershing of Blaine Hill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
