It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laverna Jane Guzel (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Sharp and Georgia Sharp; and her brother Alvin Sharp. She is survived by: her sister Beulah O'Byrne; and her children, Rhonda McDonald (Robert), Rebecca Rankin, Ruth Dinsmore (Wilbert), Regina Julius (Kevin) and Frank Guzel Jr. (late Joyce). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
