She was predeceased by: her parents, John Christian and Alice Christian (McFadden); her husband George J. Schlindler Jr.; her grandson Derek Schindler; and her siblings, Dennis Christian and Marlyn Beckert.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Schindler (Elise), Dave Schindler (Sue), Debbie Brantner (Mark) and Dee Wetzel (Joe); her grandchildren, Emily Ryan, Jen, Brett, Justin, Josh, Jordyn, Zach and Jess; her great grandchildren, Brynn and Levi; and her sister Patty Harrison.
