She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Munczenski and Sallimae Munczenski; her child-in-law Sandy Briggs; and her siblings, Frank, John, Ewald, Theodora and Sally.
She is survived by: her husband George N. Briggs, Jr.; her sons, George N. Briggs, III (late Jan), Gerald and Gary Briggs (Jackie); her grandchildren, Corey Briggs (Jen), Justin Briggs (Hayley), Brad Briggs (Morgan), Curtis Briggs, Kimberly McIntosh (Scott), Traci Briggs and Brian Briggs (Heather); her great grandchildren, Emily Briggs, Macie Briggs, Theo Briggs, Kayleigh Briggs, Hannah, Rebecca and Sarah McIntosh; and her sister Elizabeth Sofranko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
