He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Pavlovich; his son Mark Pavlovich; his siblings, Anthony Pavlovich (Sophia), Ann Slack (Tony), John Pavlovich, George Pavlovich, Steve Pavlovich (Maryann), Mary Baric (Joe), Frank Pavlovich (Gloria) and Milan Pavlovich; and his parents, John Pavlovich and Agnes Pavlovich.
He is survived by: his sons, John Pavlovich (Diane), Lucas Pavlovich, Jr. and Matthew Pavlovich (Karen); his grandchildren, Olivia, Jacob, Troy, Christine and Dennis; his great grandchildren, Emily, Marcus, Ari, Adaline, Morgan, Ayden and Karrah; his siblings, Mathew Pavlovich and Katherine Dellich (Dan); and his friend Mary Beth Kostewicz.
