It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucille Kosakowski (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Robert Kosakowski; her parents, Anthony DiSiena and Mildred Krynitsky DiSiena; and her close friend Albert Mance. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Coholich (Christopher), Michael Kosakowski (Molly), Thomas Kosakowski and Brian Kosakowski (Stacey); and her sibling Shirley Zeiger (Joe). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
