She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary April "Dede" Holcomb (Jack); her parents, Joseph Kovacic and Mary Kovacic; her siblings, Carolyn, Mary Helen and Joseph Otto Kovacic (Lorraine); her nephew Joseph; her grandson Michael Dworsky; and her former husband Paul Richard Dworsky.
She is survived by: her sons, David Dworsky (Laura), Daniel Dworsky (Dawn) and Robert Dworsky; and her grandchild Lauren Eckstein (Adam) of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations for Masses can be requested at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (954-771-8950).
