He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Cunningham and Claudia A. Lipke Cunningham. He is survived by: his daughters, Taylor Nepsa (Michael) of Phoenix, AZ and Brooke Cunningham of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings, Celeste Antill (Kevin) of Butler, John Cunningham (Kim) of Center Valley, Paul Cunningham (Trish) of Economy Boro and Cynthia Cunningham of Cranberry Twp; his siblings' children, Tony (Jamie), Logan (Austin), Brooks, Roman, Jed, Lindsay and Camille; his great-nieces, Brielle, Kieryn and Corinne; and his friend Kaye Carr.
