She is survived by: her wife Raymond M. Supak; her children, Sharon Stec (Terry), Lynda Gray and Michael Supak (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Justin, Katie, Russell (Alexa), Carlee (Sonaphet), Matthew and Victoria; her great grandchildren, Kaydn and Maddie; and her sibling-in-law Ronald Supak.
