He is survived by: his parents, Gina L. Johnson and Reverend James Johnson, Jr.; his children, Tayvon Allan Addison, Zeira, Mya Louise Cook, Ty'Air Zion Addison and Na'Kiya Nerell Cook; his siblings, Jessica Christine Johnson, Jamai Jamesa Johnson and Malcolm Mallah Johnson (Roniece Norfleet); his grandparents, James and Reverend Janice Johnson; his godmother Sherry Yellets Terry; and the mothers of children, RayNisha Marie Addison and Jamilla Louise Cook. He is also survived by aunts, uncles cousins and friends.
