She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Mandel and Mary Mandel; and her siblings, Evelyn, Catherine Mandel, Carl, Nicholas and Raymond Mandel.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn K. "Eve" Evans (David C. Shaffer) of Philipsburg and Michael R. Evans (Vonda); her grandchildren, Nicole Shaffer of Gorham, Catherine Evans of Pittsburgh and Ralph Evans (Clearfield); and her brother John Mandel (Ann).
