With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Kathryn (Mary Kay) Kennedy of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Kennedy and Loretto Kennedy (Couse); and her sisters, Joan George and Patricia McCarthy (Daniel). She is survived by: her siblings, George H. Jr. Kennedy (Susan) and Ann Powell (James); her children, Kathy Sweeney (Thomas) of Pittsburgh, Lisa Monk (R. Thomas) of Seminole, FL, Renee Hewitt (Jeffrey) of Leawood, KS, Michele Angelo (David) of Pittsburgh and Joe Reschini (Ree) of Pittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Kate (Ty Sweeney, Sr.), Mary Hostia Josephine (Kevin Monk), Jake (Sloane Hewitt), Dominic, Giavanna (Elena Angelo) and Lola Reschini. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
