She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen B. Kuzma. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Affolter (John), Stephen S. Kuzma (Deborah), Bernard R. Kuzma (Darlene), Matthew Kuzma (Charlene), Marsha Thiebaud (Eugene) and Jerry Kuzma (Isobel). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
