She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Macurak and Mary Macurak; and her sister Rose Marie Oravetz. She is survived by: her siblings, Leona James, Barbara Ennis, Lorraine Fronczak and Jack Macurak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
