She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Jacob Mullins, Jr. and Lyla Lucille Mullins; and her brother Russell Jacob Mullins III. She is survived by: her close friend D. Jeffrey Kelly; her children, RJ Pisani (James Medina) and Lauren Sapienza (Andrew Emig); her stepchildren, Elisa Sapienza Livingston (Jason), Justin Kelly (Courtney) and Jonathan Kelly (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Owen, Parker, Norah Livingston, Everett, Margaret, Gregory, Adeline, Bo and Anna Kelly; and her siblings, Judy Mullins Lamb (Gary), Sharron Mullins Owen and Mark Mullins (Loretta). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
