She was predeceased by: her spouse Bennie A. Polite; and her sibling Regis McIntyre. She is survived by: her children, Vivian Miller and Ralph Polite (Patti); and her close friend Jillie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
