He was predeceased by: his father Richard Keener. He is survived by: his spouse Lori (Farnsworth); his grandmother Jane LaKari; and also Christine Fillgrove. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.

At the end of his beautiful life, he continued this legacy of caring through organ donation with CORE, changing the lives of at least 6 people across the country.
