He is survived by: his children, Karen Lynne Rentko (Jack), Marisa Bolinski Warford (late Reggie), Jeffrey Eric Bolinski (Susie) and Christine Maria Florio (Jim); and his grandchildren, David John Rentko, John Eric Rentko, Leigh Ann Petty, Grant Reginald Warford, Tyler Reginald Warford and Marysa Louise Florio.
