He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent LaVerne Kohnen; his children, Beth Kohnen-Greaves (Gil) and Brian Kohnen (Suzy); his grandchildren, Amanda, Nicholas and Evan; and his siblings, Mark (Diane), Matt (Nadine), Marshall (Betty), Mick and Maureen (late John). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family has decided to forego a public visitation.
