He was predeceased by: his spouse Sandra Wax. He is survived by: his child Jodi Kart (Todd); his sibling Edward Wax (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Matthew Ryan Kart and Judaism. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
