He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Campbell and Eileen Campbell (McIntire); and his siblings, Donna Cunningham and Tom Campbell. He is survived by: his brother-in-law C. M. Cunningham; his sibling's children, Lisa Cunningham (Eric), Teresa Campbell (Patrick), Tom Campbell (Samantha) and Tedde Campbell of Nashville, TN; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Marcus, Maxine and Maddox.
