He is survived by: his brother Eric; his sister-in-law Kate; his niece Caryn Jenkins (Paul); his children, Peyton and Isla; and his nephew Sean.
Currently, the family plans to hold a memorial service after Covid-19 has receded somewhat.
Mike was very charitable and people who wish to remember him are encouraged to make a contribution to a charity or "good cause" of their choice.
