He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Meharra and Irene Meharra (Kaslo); his wife Dorothy C. Meharra (Holland); his child E. John Meharra; and his sibling Marion Filotei.
He is survived by: his children, Michael T. Meharra (Sandra) of Ross Township, Brian E. Meharra (Elaine M.) of West Mifflin and Karen Meharra of Pittsburgh; his granddaughters, Melissa and Megan Meharra; his sister Eileen Bishop; and his sister-in-law Mary Holland.
