She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Pascuzzi and Calvin Pascuzzi; and her husband John P. Phillips. She is survived by: her son Sean Phillips; her siblings, Michael Pascuzzi (Joyce) and Denise Kuhn (late Steve); her grandson John Anthony Phillips; and her siblings' children, Maggie M. Kuhn, Jessica Drylie (Eric), Stephanie and Casey Kuhn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to John P. Phillips Scholarship Foundation at Slippery Rock University or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
