He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Huguley, Sr. and Ida Mae Heard; and his wife Lilia Comer Huguley. He is survived by: his granddaughter Kendra Joy; his daughter Dr. Piper Huguley-Riggins (Marcus); his grandson Xavier Neal; his great grandchild Heather Harris (Elmer Harris); his daughter Heather Harris; his sons-in-law, Marcus Riggins and Dr. Elmer Harris, Jr.; his grandchildren, Xavier Riggins and Kendra Harris; his brother Curtis Huguley of Kileen, TX; his sibling's children, Mentees and Students; Kendra Joy. He is also survived by many family members, mentees, friends.
Even in the midst of this pandemic, everyday matters.
