He is survived by: his wife Marilou Pavolkvich; his sister Rose Marie Gubala; his brother-in-law Edward Kirstein; and his sibling's children, Joe, Jim, John Gubala, Ken, Chris, Dave, Bob Opal, Stacey Carlson and Lynn Kirstein.
