She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine "Eleanor" and Libero DePaul; her former husband Paul Macik; her husband Jesse O'Keefe; her children, Richard Macik and Deborah Ann Short; her sister Clara DePaul Wyberg; and her great grandchild Shayla.
She is survived by: her sister Anna Marie DePaul Phillips. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
